Flood Watch

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Locally heavy rain and excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Isolated to scattered areas of flash flooding are possible with localized rainfall amounts potentially exceeding 2 to 3 inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
