* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 3 ft expected. For the Gale Watch, north winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft possible.
* WHERE...Rappahannock River from Urbanna to Windmill Point, York River and James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
