* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM AKDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 10 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Tuesday to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
