* WHERE...All of the sounds and open Gulf waters east of the Mississippi River.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Friday morning until early Saturday morning. Small craft advisory conditions will continue through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Hurricane force winds and hazardous seas can capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
