* WHEN...From this afternoon to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, West 14th Avenue near the fairgrounds, floods from the river on eastward to the levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 28.0 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
