.Heavy rainfall Sunday will bring minor flooding back to the East Fork White at Seymour. The river should crest this evening and fall back below flood on Tuesday.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Lowland flood continues. County Road 700 E begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 13.4 feet this evening.
