* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 11 to 16 ft at 10 seconds and southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 8 to 13 ft at 10 seconds and west winds 10 to 25 kt expected.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 10 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 11 AM PDT this morning. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
