* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water affects R Ave just north of the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:47 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 7.5 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of around 19.5 to 20 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
