Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...From Monday evening to late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, low lying areas around Miami become cut off from easy access. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 5.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Monday evening to a crest of 19.1 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
