* Special Marine Warning for... Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 1004 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm west of Buckeye Reef, moving southwest at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include... S Tower, V Tower, O Tower, and K Tower.
