At 717 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Riverdale to 8 miles west of West Bountiful. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Ogden, Layton, Farmington, Brigham City, Morgan, Hill Air Force Base, Roy, Clearfield, Kaysville, Syracuse, Clinton, North Ogden, South Ogden, Centerville, Washington Terrace, Riverdale, Hooper, South Weber, Perry, and Willard.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 321 and 362. Interstate 84 between mile markers 82 and 103.
