At 132 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms extending from the Montana and Wyoming line in southern Rosebud County through northern Rosebud County, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Miles City, Ashland, Volborg, Rosebud, Garland, Brandenberg, Moon Creek Ranch, Hathaway, Twelve Mile Dam, Cartersville, Sonnette, Strawberry Hill Recreation Area, Matthews Recreation Area, Birney Village, Otter, Angela, Rock Springs, Moorhead and Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation.
