At 322 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstormS, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent lightning. Some may produce waterspots. These thunderstorms were located over the Mona Passage into the local Atlantic waters, moving west northwest at 10 knots.
