* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 509 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy which prompted the advisory has ended. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as water continues to collect in low lying areas. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional heavy rain may be possible closer to 700 PM EDT which may impact the flooding potential in the area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Mulberry Creek, Beaver Creek, Smith River, Leatherwood Creek and Hairston Branch. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martinsville... Villa Heights... Collinsville...
