* At 1218 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
