* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...From Friday evening to Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 19.9 feet early Sunday morning.
