* Special Marine Warning for... Nearshore and Open waters from Vermilion OH TO Willowick OH...
* Until 445 AM EDT.
* At 351 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 21 nm north of Fairport Harbor to 14 nm northwest of Willowick to near Avon Point, moving east at 35 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
