Details

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton and Carroll.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and overnight across northeast Oklahoma along a boundary. Slow- moving and/or training thunderstorms in a moist environment will have the potential to drop locally heavy rainfall totals, on the order of 3 to 7 inches. With soils fairly saturated, most of this rainfall will be runoff and lead to quick onset flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
