* WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Small boats, kayaks and paddle boards will be prone to capsizing and should remain off lake waters until conditions improve.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds may subside below criteria early Saturday morning before increasing again in the afternoon.
