* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, De Kalb, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
