At 1113 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15 miles northeast of Banks Lake South, or 46 miles southeast of Omak, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee, Electric City, Elmer City, Spring Canyon Campground, and Bagdad Junction.
