* Flash Flood Warning for... North Central Gilmer County in north central West Virginia... Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... Northeastern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Doddridge County in northern West Virginia... Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Northern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Taylor County in northern West Virginia... Southeastern Tyler County in northern West Virginia... Northeastern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 1245 AM EDT.

* At 935 PM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen since late this afternoon. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Clarksburg, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Lumberport, West Union, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, Enterprise, West Milford, Junior and Lost Creek.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 98 and 128. Route 33 near mile marker 1...and between mile markers 6 and 7...and near mile marker 15...and near mile marker 17. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 45 and 82.
