* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following county, San Diego.
* WHEN...Until 612 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 414 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hwy 78 Between S2 And Borrego Springs Rd, Hwy 78 Between Banner And S2, Julian, Hwy S2 Between Shelter Valley And Agua Caliente, Hwy S2 Between Hwy 79 And Hwy 78, Fish Creek Wash, Shelter Valley and Banner. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
