* WHERE...Upper Florida Keys, particularly in the sounds, Bay side of Key Largo.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. In the Upper Keys, little relief can be expected even outside the hours around high tide.
