* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Verdigris River at Altoona.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flood waters begin to threaten outlining facilities of the city's water plant. Water Plant's clearwell may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 21.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
