* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 39.8 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
