* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less. For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas around 5 ft at 11 seconds and north winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 4 to 6 ft at 11 seconds and north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.
* WHERE...Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 10 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Dense Fog Advisory, until noon PDT Tuesday. Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening. Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
