* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Widespread flooding of low-lying areas and agricultural areas can be expected especially downstream.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:31 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.3 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 16.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
