* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Surging southwest winds to the south of Typhoon Bavi (09W) will produce seas hazardous to small craft through at least Monday as it tracks west, passing far north of Weno. Occasional gale-force gusts are expected. As this wind field is affected by the development and movement of Bavi far to the north, there is uncertainty as to when winds will begin to diminish, and this advisory may later need to be extended. Avoid inter-island travel.
