* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water begins to cover the portion of Lee Boulevard located south of Interstate 435.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 19.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 20.6 feet late this morning.
