* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR out 10 NM.
* WHEN...Dense Fog Advisory, until noon PDT today. Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
