* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 23.3 feet tomorrow morning.
