* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Emergency Management reported that high waters had receded by as much as six inches, although some road closures remained. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
