* WHERE...Savannah to Altamaha Sound from 20 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM to 11 AM EDT Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday morning through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
