The Flood Warning will expire at 5 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of southwest and west central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Fayette and Westmoreland. In west central Pennsylvania, Armstrong and Indiana.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
