* IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Unseasonably Warm Temperatures...and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior.

* AFFECTED AREA: In Central WY...Fire Weather Zone 280.

* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Natrona.

* WIND: West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent.

* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees.
