* WHERE...Wadena and Hubbard Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 3 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
