* WHERE...Craig, Creek, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Southeast Osage, Washington OK, Choctaw, Latimer, and Pushmataha Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For the Heat Advisory, from noon to 9 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing strenuous activities.
