* WHAT...Minor flooding continues.
* WHERE...North Central San Diego County in southwestern California...
* WHEN...Until 630 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 559 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Thunderstorms have subsided and additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Valley Center, Escondido, S7 - East Grade Rd, Lake Henshaw, Palomar Mountain, Palomar Mountain State Park, La Jolla Indian Reservation, Rincon Indian Reservation, San Pasqual Indian Reservation and Pauma Valley. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
