* WHAT...Very warm and humid daytime conditions with high temperatures between 80 and 86 common. Warm overnight conditions will bring less relief than usual.

* WHERE...Los Angeles County Beaches, Malibu Coast, Palos Verdes Hills, and Ventura County Beaches.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Thursday to 8 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness, especially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old, those without air conditioning, and those active outdoors.
