* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected.
* WHERE...Northern Lynn Canal.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
