The National Weather Service in Louisville has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Breckinridge County in central Kentucky... Southern Meade County in central Kentucky...

* Until 100 AM CDT /200 AM EDT/.

* At 1051 PM CDT /1151 PM EDT/, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Irvington. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Webster, Irvington, Basin Spring, Bewleyville, Haysville, Rosetta, Guston, Corners, Graysville and Clifton Mills.
