* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in north central Kansas, Clay and Washington. In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of heavy rainfall are possible this evening through Wednesday morning.
