Details

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Colorado, including the following county, Garfield.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 657 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.6 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... areas south of Silt including Highway 311. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
