* WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 408 PM MDT, Thunderstorms are ongoing in the area, with moderate to heavy rainfall at times. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Estes Park.
