* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM Wednesday to 10 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
