* WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville.
* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 14.2 feet, Water affects Lindle Avenue and Keokuk Avenue, both near Saulsbury Park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday morning and continue falling. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
