The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... The Cottonwood burn scar in... East Central Beaver County in southern Utah...

* Until 700 PM MDT.

* At 550 PM MDT, Peak flows have already occurred in Beaver Canyon, but flows will remain high in the Grove area before gradually receding over the next hour. We are monitoring additional thunderstorms in the area at this time. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Cottonwood Burn Scar in Beaver county.
