For the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cross Sound.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM AKST early this morning. For the Gale Warning, until noon AKST today. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon today to 6 PM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
