* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 17 to 22 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM AKST early this morning. For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM AKST this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
